Hello world!
I'm Becky, a creative programmer.
As a programmer I specialize in front-end web development, but will wear any hat needed to get a project done. I've been a professional tech worker since 2018 and got my start coding through my time studying graphic design. With the combination of my design knowledge and programming skills, I'm a highly adaptable coder.
I really enjoy learning new things in the domain of tech, and believe there's always something new to understand. After gaining most of my base programming skills through a short coding bootcamp course and on-the-job experience, I decided to return to school to study in-depth about the wider world of programming and computer science. I'll be graduating from that program in 2027 and returning to my role as an enthusiastic tech worker.
Lately I've been inspired by new old-school personal websites, geocities gifs, image dithering, dungeon synth, and classic RPG games. I've mixed all those elements together in my brain's blender to create the design for this website, building off my previous designs. For my enjoyment this website is hand-typed and designed by me, absolutely no AI is used here.
